Solo in Montreal

Hey guys, it’s my first travel post (dancing). During the month of February, I had my reading week from school and the student society was kind enough to plan a trip to Montreal as it is regularly done each reading week in my school.

During my four day trip to Montreal, my first stop was Quebec City. Posted, are the places YOU MUST visit to prove you went to Quebec City. Ranging from old to new Quebec are pictures of Fairmont Le-chateau Frontenac, a street called Petit-Champlain (known as a street of broken necks), artists, and Ashton (Quebec’s own kitchen of Poutine).

On Friday I decided to tour Montreal solo, I bought a day pass and canvassed both old and new Montreal. Although no pictures were taken, I went to McGill university, saw the Bell tower, went to St Paul street, saw Notre-dame, shopped at Le-Eaton centre and finally had a tea at Press café, which seems to be popular around Montreal.

It was a fun experience.

P.S – the people of Montreal are so friendly
